1. Returns

At Aakriti by Nandita, we do not accept returns on products once they have been delivered. Please review the product details, size guide, and specifications carefully before placing your order.

2. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or exchange at our discretion.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please provide:

• Your Order ID
• Clear photographs of the product
• Images of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue
• Video clip of unpacking the product

After verification, we will determine whether a replacement or another suitable resolution is applicable.

4. Refunds

Refunds are applicable only if:

• A replacement cannot be arranged for a damaged or defective product.
• Your order is cancelled by us due to product unavailability.
• Any other refund is approved solely at the discretion of Aakriti by Nandita.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support within 24 hours.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products purchased during sale or promotional offers (unless received damaged or incorrect)
• Customized or altered products
• Used, washed, or worn garments
• Products without original tags or packaging
• Products damaged due to misuse after delivery

7. Return Shipping

If a replacement is approved due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we will provide instructions regarding the return or arrange a reverse pickup where available.

Aakriti by Nandita shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, delivery, use, or inability to use any product purchased from our website.

In all circumstances, the maximum liability of Aakriti by Nandita, whether arising under contract, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by the customer for the product(s) giving rise to the claim, excluding any shipping charges, taxes, duties, or other ancillary costs.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree that your sole and exclusive remedy for any claim related to your purchase shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant product(s), subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
