Shipping Policy

For International Buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or international speed post services.

For Domestic Buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post services.

All products are carefully inspected and packed before dispatch to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

The estimated processing and dispatch time will depend on product availability and the nature of your order. Any estimated delivery timelines communicated at the time of order confirmation are approximate and may vary depending on production schedules and courier operations.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email and/or SMS (where applicable), along with tracking details if available.

Delivery

Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by you during checkout.

Our collection includes both ready-to-dispatch and made-to-order garments. The estimated timelines are as follows:

  • Ready-to-dispatch products: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days (unless otherwise stated on the product page).
  • Made-to-order garments: Ready for dispatch within 4 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
  • Lehengas and bridal/occasion wear: Ready for dispatch within 10–12 weeks from the date of order confirmation.

The above timelines refer to the production and order preparation period only. Once your order has been dispatched, the final delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected, your delivery location, courier partner, customs clearance (for international shipments), and other logistics-related factors.

Customers requiring expedited dispatch or delivery are requested to contact our customer support team before placing their order. Where feasible, we will assist with special delivery arrangements or Speed Post shipping, subject to availability and additional shipping charges.

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details (where available).

While we make every effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timelines, Aakriti by Nandita shall not be responsible for delays caused by courier companies, postal services, customs clearance, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, public holidays, government actions, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All production and delivery timelines are estimates and should not be construed as guaranteed delivery dates. Should there be any unforeseen delays, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed regarding the status of your order.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Aakriti by Nandita will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import charges, or other local government fees.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping charges unless otherwise specified.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details (where available) will be shared via email or SMS to help you monitor your shipment.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support team. We will coordinate with the courier partner to assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Special Delivery

If you require a special delivery arrangement, expedited processing, or have specific delivery requirements, please contact our customer support team before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

Express Shipping via Speed Post

Customers who require early delivery may opt for shipping via Speed Post (subject to availability).

To request Speed Post shipping:

  • Contact us before or immediately after placing your order.
  • Any additional shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated before dispatch.
  • Express shipping is subject to service availability in your delivery location.
